One small weird thing to do today. One bigger quest a week. Local-only, on your device — no accounts, no servers, no tracking.
Privacy policy
SideQuest does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create — your profile name, completed quests, streaks, theme and font preferences — stays in your device's local storage. Nothing is ever sent off-device.
We do not use analytics, ad networks, crash reporting, or any third-party services. There is no account on a server because there is no server. Notifications are scheduled and fired entirely on your device by the operating system.
If you uninstall the app or tap Delete account & data in Settings, all of your data is permanently removed from your device. Because we never had a copy, there is no further deletion request required from us.
Children under 13: SideQuest is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.
Terms of service
SideQuest is provided as is for personal use. You may use it to track your own quests and social group activity, but you are responsible for the content you enter into the app.
Do not use SideQuest to post illegal, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. The app uses a zero-tolerance moderation model, and abusive accounts can be removed.
SideQuest uses local device storage and a Supabase backend for authentication, profiles, groups, and reports. If those services are unavailable, some features may not work.
We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
